It was the honor of a lifetime to pace @austin.ables through his first Marathon. It was so amazing to see how much work he put into this training block and to watch it all payoff at the finish line. @teambsmf course is no joke and he crushed it. Forever proud of you man, no one can take this one away from you! 🤘🏼 Swipe to see him deep in the pain cave LMAO.

This shit feels unreal. On my 32nd bday I got a call that will forever affect my life. One of my best friends @ctpdelgado had passed away. For years him and I were inseparable, he’d be at my house if I wasn’t home, he’d be at every family event I had, any big occasion he was with me through it all. The late night conversations that were lowkey a therapy session, to him calling me tellin me how stupid I was for being a fan of any sports team I actually was. it was always a sense of comfort. If you were friends with Church you automatically felt like you were cool af and a sense of comfort of “I’m with my friend Church” no matter how well you knew him. I would often try and show him something and somehow he already knew everything about it and would make sure i knew “you’re late player” I will never forget the first time I hit him up to kick it outside of just seeing each other downtown and I was nervous as hell cause I was hanging out with the cool kid. We went to In N out and that started it all. I could go on for days so when the time is right I am open to all conversations of the good times all of us have had with him. He was the most caring, solid, creative, witty type of person you would ever want to cross paths with. I’m glad we did Church. I love and will miss you more than I could ever express. Always tell your homies you love them
