Nine years without Chrissy. 💜

Nine years of missing her, carrying her with me, and understanding more as I get older just how much of an impact one person can leave on your heart.

Today reminded me that the sky truly is the limit when you lead with kindness, love, and a genuine desire to make a difference.

Chrissy may not physically be here, but the impact she left on my heart will be something I carry for the rest of my life. I can’t change what happened nine years ago, but I can choose how I carry her forward.

I want to honor her the rest of my life by giving my utmost best to be kind to everyone around me, to always remember to make people feel seen and appreciated, and to never miss an opportunity to say thank you.

Being able to give back to the police officers, firefighters, first responders, and school resource officers who help keep our communities safe meant more to me than I can put into words. So much of what they do happens quietly and without recognition. I hope they always remember their service does not go unnoticed.

What started as one idea to honor Chrissy turned into something so much bigger than I ever imagined. It healed a piece of my heart and showed me what you can achieve when you ask for help and how one small act can grow into something meaningful.

I hope to spend the rest of my life turning love into action, gratitude into service, and loss into something that brings more kindness to the world. I will carry Chrissy with me through every chapter of my life. The sky truly is the limit, and you are capable of more than you know. 💜

Happy 20th Birthday to you, Austin! You are incredibly hard-working, funny, loyal, handsome, smart and tough as nails!! You look the exact same as you did when you were little, just a grown-up version of yourself. I love you, Darling! ♥️
