Men's Sniper School Week 3: Recap

Focus: tonight we worked on moving into our shots. We started off with top down and bottom up cuts. Here we empathized cutting and passing to a spot, not to the player.

We finished off our day with 2 man picks. Our goal is to force the defender to take one step out of position, allowing a slip on the pick to get off a quick shot. Notice our players working to actively take a step back towards the ball carrier to get into their shooting motion faster 👀

If you know a player looking to get reps and tips from us, be sure to tag them below!
