We did a 90 minute couples massage at Austin Deep and neither of us has been that relaxed in months.

Their whole thing is friction based work.

Instead of gliding over everything, they stay on the spot and actually work the knots out.

It’s a different experience than any massage I’ve had before.

They’ve got a back to school offer running right now, $25 off at the Barton Creek location.

When’s the last time you got a massage?

It’s kinda chic to stay curious, stay strong, stay optimistic, and keep learning.

Here’s to proving that your best years don’t have an expiration date💪

Calling all my sporty girlies, my content creator friends who spend way too many hours editing, and honestly anyone who sits at a desk all day…

Do yourself a favor and book an appointment at @austindeep . 🤍

They specialize in full-body massage therapy that helps relieve pain, improve mobility, and keep your body feeling its best. I didn’t realize how much tension I was carrying until I walked out feeling like a new person.

When the boss says it’s time to move and there’s no negotiating. 😂💛

This is what we do at AUSTINDEEP. We take breaks that actually break something: a sweat, a habit, a stiff back from sitting too long.

If your office doesn’t have a @therealjessicaprice, I’m sorry. 🤷🏽‍♀️

5 things I learned in my 40s ✨

I spent my 30s building a business and worrying about doing everything right. My 40s taught me what actually matters: sleep is a business strategy, done beats perfect every single time, and nobody is thinking about you as much as you think they are.

What’s the lesson you wish you’d learned sooner? 👇

There’s something about this quiet time before the day gets loud that I refuse to rush.

Nobody’s asking anything of me yet. It’s just me, my mirror, and 20 minutes that are completely mine.

I’ve learned that how I show up for myself in this moment is usually how I show up for everything else that day.

Day in my life & places
Austin, TX edition 🌵

Austin really grew on me.
When I first arrived, I honestly didn’t think it was my kind of city. But with each day, I liked it more and more.

You can feel how fast Austin is growing. What surprised me most was the quality of everything: great restaurants, genuinely friendly people, and tech literally everywhere. From Waymo rides to scooters on every corner, the city just feels like the future.

Downtown especially has this energy that’s hard not to get swept up in. And if this growth continues, I wouldn’t be surprised if the whole city feels this way in a few years.

Austin, you definitely exceeded my expectations!

P.S. Some of my favorite places and moments are in this post 🤍
