The entry sets the tone for the whole home.

It’s the first thing you see when you walk in and the last thing you pass on the way out. We put the same care into every entry we build, from the door and the lighting to the flooring and the flow into the rest of the house, because first impressions start at the front door.

Episode 4 of my “Recreating IG Workouts” series brought to you by @drinklyflo

Rear delts is one of those muscles that can be very hard to isolate, this variation changes the game! Highly recommend you add it to your next shoulder day! Especially if you are a bikini bodybuilder, yall know those rear delts add so much dimension to your back pose!

Hydration and protein intake is crucial for a great workout so of course i always go for my favorite that has both which is the Sugar Free Mango Passion Lyflo drink.
@drinklyflo has a low cal sugar free option and a higher calorie with additional sugar
Both have a coconut water base, packed with essential vitamins, 7g of why protein, and 3g of collagen protein.

Make sure you grab yours and use my code ANGELIQUE for a 10% discount

Shout out to @mina_pt_dubai for showing us this variation!

From open framing to a floating staircase. We went from bare studs and a raw slab to a steel monostringer stair with white oak treads, cable rail, and a slat wall to tie it all together.

THIS SATURDAY…
We know we have been teasing you for a few weeks now and we cannot thank you enough for your patience.

We have enjoyed sharing the creation of SNTY. and what is set to be something very special, and the build hasn’t finished quite yet. BUT we understand how much you want to get in and see the space and talk with us about it so….

THIS SATURDAY, September 26, we’re opening the doors to Austin’s newest CrossFit gym, and inviting you to come see what the hype is all about!

Join us from 9AM–12PM (at dedicated time slots) to meet with the owner and coaches, explore our Rogue equipment, and discover what we have planned for you.

To ensure everyone gets our full attention, you’ll experience SNTY. in dedicated 30-minute time slots at:
9AM
9:30AM
10AM
10:30AM
to ask questions, get a feel for what makes this place different and how to become part of SNTY and join the movement.

Then, we’ll kick back for some tailgate fun, with thanks to Athletic Brewing, NOCCO, and Precision Massage ATX.

PLEASE NOTE: This is not a class or a workout. And this is not the official opening. Both of these will come, very soon.

See you there!

These three first-year Registered Angus heifers are a perfect example of why genetics matter. Take a closer look at No. 22, an AI-bred (artificially inseminated) heifer we’re bringing into our breeding herd. Notice the difference in her body structure and development.

At 3C Joppa Cattle Company, producing premium American Wagyu beef starts long before the grill. It begins with carefully selected genetics, thoughtful breeding decisions, and raising cattle right here on our fifth-generation Texas ranch.

Every decision we make today helps shape the beef you’ll enjoy tomorrow.

Know your rancher. Know your beef.

Best hill workout in Austin, Texas?

@leomanzano says it’s an underrated 300 meter incline at Pease Park.

Do that 8 times and then come back to us and let us know if you agree. 🔥

Today marks three years since getting my CrossFit Level-1 certification.

What started out as a “figuring it out” stage turned into something that changed my life. The moment I started coaching, I realized that I had truly found my passion.

Helping people become not only healthier and fitter but more confident. Showing people they are capable of so much more. Celebrating every win and providing support for every obstacle.

Every step in this journey has taught me so much, and I’m thankful for every gym, studio, member, and client.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is to bet on yourself. It’s scary and it comes with a lot of pressure, but it’s so rewarding.
