Swing.. miss

Swing.. miss

Swing.. miss

I’ll step back in that box every damn time.

The only time you lose is when you stop paying attention to what the loss came to teach you.

Gosh, I love these guys. 🩷

IT’S TIME 🫨

5 days out from Central Region XC Championship ‼️

On saturday morning the Northwest Missouri State University cross-country teams will try to punch their tickets for the national meet happening two weeks later in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

Here is an overview of the workout we did this monday, 5 days prior the race :

- 2.5 miles warm-up
- 3 x 7’ tempo r2’ (paces : 5’30/5’20/5’10)
- 3’/2’/1’ r2’ quicker starting at 4’48 down to 4’30.
- 1.5 miles cool down

Total of 13.5 miles on the day with the morning double.

With this workout we make our aerobic system is ready to go while not producing any fatigue.

Now it is time to cut the mileage, recover well and wait for the D-Day.
