Baja 1,000 and 2,000 champ @austinrobison2 shares some of what drivers can expect at the Wheelhouse Racing School Off-Road Experience in Utah.

Part of the off-road experience curriculum is to ride with all the participants out on the off-road course. Be able to get a good close-up view of exactly what they're doing, being able to coach them a little bit real-time with that. And then after that, we actually swap seats with them. We'll take them out on the course, kind of go through it really slow, talk about the different areas, talk about where they can make some adjustments or improvements. And then we'll go ahead and do a lap at speed to kind of reinforce what we went over, show them, and then let them back out on the course for do some more laps and get things fine-tuned.

Every visit to Mexico I make has topped the previous one, and this time was no exception. This year I got to play a role in helping @christopherpolvoorde and @brycemenzies7 take the checkered flag at the 58th Baja 1000. You can see me on slide 2 armed with water and snacks at Pit #2. It was a nail biter to the very end, but everything came together and we came out on top. Christopher and Bryce are both amazing drivers and I'm excited to see what comes next for them. I am also extremely grateful that I get to be a part of this team, that I get to work with so many amazing people, spend time with friends new and old, eat some really great food, and be a part of a space I dreamed about as a kid.

I also want to give a special shout out to the guy on slide 7, @austinrobison2. He played a huge role in getting me to where I am, and getting to meet him in Mexico and give him my best wishes before he climbed into the driver's seat of the Ford Performance stock class raptor was such a surreal experience. That he went on to win his class was the cherry on top.

Some badges are given. Raptor badges are earned — in Baja.

Team 8135 and the 3.5L F-150 Raptor fought for every inch of the desert, with @bradlovell44 and @adamlovell_, @austinrobison2 and @87_bronco_, and @jasonscherer76 and Jason Berger driving it to a Stock Full-Size win in its @scoreinternational Baja 1000 debut.

Born from desert racing. Proven in it.
