EMPIRE FIELD DAY 🔥Red, White, Blue, Green, Purple or Black, no matter which color we were at the end it was a great team building experience. What a fun day of competitions on field with the Empire @empiretrainingacademyraleigh Family. Loved it and shoutout to Team Blue 🧢 for overall 🥉 place. #fieldday #fielddayfun #fitness #fitnessfam #gymfam

@empiretrainingacademyraleigh brought everyone out to Dix Park for a full-on field day, and let’s just say… no one showed up planning to lose!

This is the kind of Raleigh stuff I love- getting outside, meeting people, a little friendly competition (emphasis on competition), and doing something completely different on a Saturday morning 🌳

I will say, nothing humbles you quite like realizing you’re still just as competitive at field day as you were at 10 years old 🏆

Congrats to red team & shoutout to my green team 💚
Also a big shoutout to @benchwarmersbagels & @sondercoffeeandco for supplying the pre-battle treats 🥯
