✨ Sometimes, we just need to PAUSE. 🌿

A moment to step back from the overwhelm, recognise the signs of burnout, reflect on our goals and ask ourselves the questions that help us realign with what truly matters. 💛

Our recent Wellbeing Workshop was all about creating that space — to reflect, reconnect and move forward with greater clarity and intention.

Because looking after ourselves isn’t a luxury; it’s a priority. 🤍

Another Neoconsin in the books! Thank you IIDA WI & ASID WI for putting on such a fantastic event. And of course, thank you Interface WI for sharing a booth with me.

🇳🇿 While in Aotearoa New Zealand ✨we took the chance to organize a private dinner in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland and we had the privilege of sharing a table with so many people who shape the architecture in the country. An evening with group of architects, friends and supporters, hosted at the Fisher & Paykel Experience Center in the city together with our partners @fisherpaykel, @autexacoustics and @equitone_anz.

How can we not look forward to being back?

We are grateful for the trust of our friends and partners. 🙏 ❤️

Progress shot from Noosa Adventist College 🐋

In collaboration with @autexacoustics, to create a space that captures the feeling of being beneath the oceans surface, anchored by a striking suspended humpback whale installation

We’re excited to see this immersive space come to life, with completion anticipated early next year

Smaller workstations, thoughtfully refined for focus.

Soft lighting, warm finishes and acoustic details create a calm space to concentrate.

2026 IBJJF Pan Pacific Champion | M3 No-Gi🥇❤️🥋

Another major title this year, and another reason to be grateful.🙏❤️

I feel incredibly blessed to have the opportunity to continue competing and challenging myself. This time, I faced a tough division, winning three hard-fought matches without conceding a single point.🥇🙏

These results mean a lot to me because I know how much work goes into achieving them.💪🏾

I don’t consider myself particularly talented or lucky. Life has tested me in many ways, but adversity has also shaped the person I am today.❤️

As @alexvolkanovski says, “Adversity is a privilege.”❤️

My response to adversity has always been hard work, discipline, and preparation.❤️🥋

I choose to prepare alongside my team, trust the process, and believe in the work we do every day at @virtuebjj

We are constantly learning, studying, training, and evolving. Every day, we make a conscious decision to become better than we were yesterday.🥋🥇

And that is what makes me most proud. Not just the medals or titles, but the people we are becoming through the journey.❤️

To everyone who has been part of this journey, thank you. I won’t tag everyone because I would hate to leave anyone out. But if you’ve supported, encouraged, or helped me in any way, please know how much I appreciate you.❤️

To my sponsors, @nzwarriors and @autexacoustics thank you for your continued trust and support. I’m incredibly proud to represent you and grateful to have you by my side.💚💙

And a special thank you to @anna.teixeira87 @kaue_macruz and @djabjj. Your love, support, and belief mean more than words can express.💪🏾🥇❤️

Consistency over intensity. Progress over perfection.🥇

The journey continues. ❤️🙏🥋🥇
