📚Book Review📚

Favorite parts:
- Retrieving her handkerchief
- Tree climbing
- In the library
- Playing "how to keep a secret"
- Early Morning walk on the beach
- Playing Chess
- Fishing
- Daisies

This story was so sweet. I love that Donald and Madelene got their happily ever after. During the house party I love the parts where they were able to spend time together.

I love how brave and strong Madelene is. She has gone through so much and holds up so well through what she endures.

I love Donald's heart and loyalty. He loves deeply and you can see that throughout the story.

It was so fun being with this family again. I can't wait for Anthony's story!

This book is the second book in the Bradley Brothers series. It can be read as a stand-alone.

Audio review of AN HONORABLE LOVE by @authoraudrawells

I borrowed the audio from Libby.

I’ve enjoyed all of the books in this series so I was excited to listen to this last one by Wells. Since Leonard was the last of the gentleman to marry, I was excited to see how the series would come to an end.

I enjoyed the plot and the unique FMC. I loved how Honora and Leonard met. I thought it was so clever and different to have a FMC that has questionable motives at first. I also liked how grumpy Leonard was and Honora’s ways of how they would meet up.

I enjoyed Vicki-Jo Eva’s performance. Her accent was lovely and she did a great job with the characters.

The epilogue was a perfect wrap to the series too.

It sure is hard to not step back into old habits, isn’t it? And I don’t think it’s wrong to be excited about gaining followers, to grow & set goals, but I do believe it’s important to know where your heart is at with it. To not ONLY care about that. It’s sooo easy to do.

I still really hope I build back up where I was before, but while I’m waiting, I’m going to spend more time reading, instead of fussing over it. 🫶

I lost close to 20k followers, but I still have ALL OF MY BOOKS!! And that matters way more, right?? 😅😅

Such a lovely story.

I love the Bradley brothers and I’m so glad we got Donald’s story. I adore the Bradley family too and their support for Madelene.

Donald and Madelene’s journey was emotionally touching. The circumstances were heartbreaking, but their love remained strong even though they were separated. Donald’s devotion captured my heart and Madelene’s strength and bravery impressed me.

The dual timeline was delightful, letting us peek into the past while giving us hints at the present which kept me intrigued as to what transpired to bring about the separation.

The emotions, the secrets, the love, was so beautiful I was swept away.

-Oh my friends, A Noble Gentleman, is such a delightful story worth all the love. This story has so much goodness filled within! It is balanced wonderfully with humor and heart. It captured my heart so fully with its endearing characters and themes of justice, bravery, resilience, devotion, and love. I loved how this story is layered with depth with the journey of confronting both the past and with present day choices. It was in seeing how they were put in such a position to battle between old wants and desires, and what would keep them safe, that had my heart and attention. I simply adored the dual timeline which combined beautifully with secrets in the present. I was so invested that I did not want to stop reading and pages flew by faster than I had planned for. I simply had to know whether such things would either tear or build up! My goodness, where this dear story went, was filled with such joy despite some tender and hard moments along the way. My friends, do not miss out on this beautiful and unique story! It is simply worth the read. I do recommend carving time to just enjoy as you will not want to put this book down. It’s that great and more! 📚👌💜🦋
