Less than a month until @licensed2thrill_litevent 👀🔪📚

I’ve been diving into a LOT of new-to-me authors while getting ready, and whew… they are IN THEIR BAG with these stories.

So here are a few of my favorites I’ve read so far:

📖 Splitting Souls — @kaylynnhunt
📖 Stolen Pieces — @author_j.r.mason
📖 The Cancer Patients’ Kill List — @iambmhardin
📖 The Motherhood — @torryn_santana
📖 Disciple — @author_marc_avery
📖 A Beautiful Disaster — @lovetalesenicole
📖 Deception — @authorbrecoleman
📖 Anywhere But Her — @_cmajor_

And this is only the beginning… I got a few more weeks to dive into some more license to thrill authors

If you’re looking for some new-to-you authors to add to your TBR, start here.

License to Thrill is coming. 🔪📚🩸

Who should I be reading next?

Baby, Saturday was CRAZY in the best way. 🥹📚

I used to read Kiki Swinson as a young girl. So to grow up and have her as the headliner at an event I hosted? In Memphis? Y’all, that’s a full circle moment I still can’t believe is mine. I really had to look around like, “Sheneca, you did this.” 🖤

I didn’t get nearly as many videos and pictures as I wanted because I was in the middle of making sure everything came together. But honestly? This was one of those events you just had to be there to understand. The conversations, the connections, the love in that room… a camera wasn’t going to catch all of that.

To every author and vendor who showed up, thank you for trusting my vision. To everybody who bought a ticket, shared a post, brought a friend, or spoke life over this event, thank you. Y’all helped me turn an idea into a real moment, and I’ll never take that for granted.

And if you missed this one, baby, I can’t even explain it to you. You just had to be there. 😌 But don’t worry, I got more experiences on the way. Y’all know by now I don’t just throw something together. I set the tone, bring the people out, and give you something to talk about on the ride home. 📚🔥

🚨 THRILLER THURSDAY: INDIE EDITION 🚨

Let’s give some LOVE to the indie thriller authors who are out here serving up twists, chaos, murder, secrets & enough “WAIT,WHAT?!” moments to keep us turning pages way past our bedtime.

These books are proof that you do NOT need a huge publishing house behind you to deliver a thriller that has me questioning everyone, trusting NO ONE, and immediately needing to tell my book besties about it.

If you haven’t checked out these authors yet, consider this your sign. ✨ Add their books to your TBR, show these indie authors some love, and go support the storytellers who are bringing the HEAT! 🔥

I’m genuinely rooting for every one of these authors and I cannot WAIT to watch them blow up and get the recognition they deserve. 🥹 Because trust me, you’re going to want to say you were here BEFORE everyone else caught on. 💯 💅🏻

QOTD: What’s an indie thriller you read that completely blew your mind? Or drop any indie author below that needs some love bc my TBR is never long enough 🤪

Sip, Savor, Stories with @kennedyryan1 was absolutely perfect.
The best way to describe the feeling at a @resist_bks event is to compare it to a Kennedy Ryan hug. Iykyk.

I saw so many of my mutuals and met new friends as well.
I can’t even count how many people told me Happy Birthday and I felt so seen and loved.
