introducing our autumn events series part one.. bloody bones 🦴 🌀 bones don’t typically get much airtime in women’s health until something goes wrong. We talk a lot about periods, pregnancy, menopause symptoms... but the bone density shifts happening underneath all of it rarely get a mention. .. and it’s a problem! because what happens to your bones in your 20s, 30s and 40s shapes how you move through the rest of your life. Oestrogen plays a huge role in bone strength, which means pregnancy, breastfeeding, perimenopause and menopause all change the picture, often quietly and insidiously. We want to change that gap in the conversation, starting here. Join us for a 45-minute talk + Q&A on what shapes bone density, why it matters more at certain life stages, and what you can actually do about it, with real, evidence-based answers. we’re joined by Dr Shivanee Yogan, a GP based in East London with a focus on women’s health and preventative medicine. Vanee is a wonderful colleague of mine at Oxford, and she cares deeply about empowering women through education and informed choice. setting the soundscape for the eve is Tigx, London selector, founder of Against Apathy and a dear friend of Bloody Nora. and a few more surprises from some very special friends .. 🌀 📍 Autumn Three, Autumn Street, Hackney Wick 📅 wednesday 11th november, 7pm This event is not limited to any specific age or identity, because we think this information belongs to everyone. Bring your partners, your mum, your brother, your mates or anyone who needs to learn all about their bones. Bloody Nora only exists because of the incredible voices who’ve trusted us with their stories and expertise. we’re always looking to collaborate with more of you. If you’ve been looking for a place to share your lived experience - come find us at the event, or drop us an email if you’d like to be in our next issue. we would love to be the home for your words and/or art. tickets: £8 low income / £12.50 standard - if finances are a barrier, please do reach out 🙂 artwork by our incredible @isabel.bisou 💋 love, Bloody Nora xx

We are over the moon to introduce our guest performance of the night: under/world A collaborative project between sound artist and DJ Dominika Stawarz @_babsko_ and poet Marina Scott @marina_scott , ‘under/world’ brings together language and noise in the form of spliced poetry and sampled field recordings. This live performance will create an immersive soundscape, exploring seasonal change through echo and cyclicality, the looping of poetic lines, more-than-human ecologies, myth and the realities of a screaming, glitching earth. Blending sounds from organic and industrial contexts as well as an array of textual sources, this polyvocal arrangement aims towards dissonance, probing the limits of language and meaning. @autumnthree_ from 7.30pm this Thursday. tickets on gel link in bio audio by @_babsko_ & @marina_scott visuals by @tylerdoyle.png

One week until Life Mess and this is where you could be. Super excited to be partnering with @autumnthree_ on this autumn eve. A new venture from dear friends, some of whom have featured in Messes gone by, Autumn Three is a lovingly curated space with care & craft in every rafter. A landing place for genre-defying art, community spirit & general good times, this city more than ever needs art & artists, and we must celebrate the spaces that hold us. A couple of asks: don’t bring your own booze, remove your shoes, less phone usage please & support the venue by buying tea ☕️ We can not wait to welcome you next week to this wonderful place X

Layering light over the ground of LOAM 002: @metal_upa DATE: 08.10.2026 TIME: 18:00 - 23:30 LOCATION: Autumn Three, 39 Autumn Street, E3 2TT, London (@autumnthree_ ) Kim Ying [METAL_UPA] is a Singapore-born, London-based artist working in sound, light and kinetic machines. Rooted in electronic club culture, dance and game worlds, her work translates immaterial bodies into interactive, fleeting encounters, where data and archival systems become spatial choreography. With a background in interaction design, she questions what an interface is and what it conceals, treating digital infrastructure, planetary movement and natural forces as participatory bodies that can be listened to. Her work has been exhibited at Ars Electronica, Copeland Gallery, Meanwhile Festival at Gaffe and Softer at The Art House by Acrylicize. last 10 tickets - link in bio. LOAM 002 continues with @nanzhen__yang DATE: 08.10.2026 TIME: 18:00 - 23:30 LOCATION: Autumn Three, 39 Autumn Street, E3 2TT, London (@autumnthree_ ) Nanzhen Yang is an interdisciplinary artist working across time-based media, including sound, live performance, moving image, and experimental composition. Her practice also extends into DJing, where techno becomes a form of time-based sonic practice through which she explores rhythm, repetition, resonance, and altered states of consciousness. Drawing upon ideas of fluid identity, liminality, transgression, Synchronicity, quantum mysticism, vernacular folklore, and New age spirituality, her work explores how bodies, sound, technologies, landscapes, and unseen forces become entangled post- anthropocentric ontology. Narrative remains a fundamental methodology within Yang's practice as well. She considers narrative not merely as a mode of storytelling, but as a cognitive structure through which individuals and communities produce meaning, transmit experience, and negotiate collective memory - the means by which humans share resonance and understand one another across cultures and generations. Only 25 tickets remaining - get yours to join us in the chamber. Stillness holding space for what moves through it.

We’re very happy to finally share Lámha — something we’ve been quietly putting a lot of time, thought and love into over the past few months. Lámha is a new gathering exploring material, landscape and process through sound and spoken word. Each edition takes a different theme as a point of departure, bringing together artists and collaborators to explore it through immersive, intertwined forms. For our first gathering, Into the Grain, we turn towards bark, wood and decay — the textures of the surface, the marks left by time, what lies beneath, what is shed, weathered and slowly returned to the earth. Across the evening, two collaborative performances will bring sound and spoken word into one continuous thread. Voices will move through evolving sonic landscapes, with each element responding to and becoming part of the other. This first edition has been a really special process for us to put together — slowly finding the sounds and ideas that felt right, and giving the space for everything to take shape organically. We’re excited to finally open it up and share it with you. Lámha Vol. 1 — Into the Grain 22/10 at @autumnthree_ Tickets available on gel now

LOAM 002 welcomes @field.case DATE: 08.10.2026 TIME: 18:00 - 23:30 LOCATION: Autumn Three, 39 Autumn Street, E3 2TT, London (@autumnthree_ ) Firmly centred at the heart of Bristol’s growing techno scene, Field Case is the coming together of DJs Scarlett Walker and Desolder. Exploring a range of colourful and percussive textures, the duo experiment with rhythm and deep sounds to create dynamic atmospheres that encourage exploration and freedom of expression. As residents of RTN, the duo have continued to demonstrate their prowess in dance floor manipulation. Their sets move fluidly between broken techno, glitchy bass and hypnotic rhythms, a sound that is both restless and deeply immersive. The two met by chance in early 2023, to later then form Bristol’s first-ever queer community radio station, Transgression.fm. From differing musical backgrounds and contrasting sonic palettes, their journey together has defined their sound, character and mystery. Secure your spot through the link in bio. What settles is not lost, only transformed.
