Epinephrine for anaphylaxis is weight based. Here we have the 3 different dosages by Auvi-Q. The 0.1 mg dose is new and it’s for children weighing 16.5 to 33 pounds. Always check expiration dates, although studies show they work well past it if that’s all you have available. #epinephrine #auviq #auvi #anaphylaxis #foodallergy #beeallergy #drugallergies

Somehow when I originally posted this the caption got deleted! 🙄 Well 2018 it was nice knowing you and getting to grow through you. One of my favorite quotes from my 2018 spreads is, “You grow through what you go through.” And that couldn’t have been more true! This was my first full year doing bullet journaling and there was so much fun, good times, and so much that 2019 now has to live up to! 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙
I started looking into Bujo in December of 2017 after not being able to find a planner that could fit my schedule, and notes with room for day to day happenings and tidbits. I stumbled across bullet journaling on Pinterest and immediately thought I wasn’t artsy enough, my handwriting was too atrocious to be pretty, and immediately I wanted to be like the Youtuber’s I was seeing! (Shout our to @boho.berry @planningwithkay and @amandarachlee for being my original Bujo I soo!) so I decided, if I really only needed a pen and paper to make this work, I would give it my all. So I knew two things, I needed to learn how to use @tombowusa brush pens (I still need to perfect this), and that I couldn’t stand ghosting and bleed through (thank you @archerandolive for creating bujo’s that meet both these criteria with amazing page quality and quantity in a gorgeous package ❤️) I made it through my first year and thank you!

Now that’s not to say 2018 was easy, or that the style I use in my Bullet Journal is easy to replicate. So instead of focusing on the low points of the year the purpose of this spread was to focus on the highlights! After finding a similar spread on Pinterest I decided to recreate it.
So here’s a thank you to everyone who made 2018 especially special, amazing, uplifting, and survivable! : @myauviq @auviq @allison492 @feathereddoggo @sarah_ebersole @twrpband @planetbooty @planningwithkay @hope24seven @emmanuelcollege @boho.berry @bolderbon
Thank you for your support, inspiration, likes, hearts, and follows! Here to more to see in 2019! .
