Today I had the pleasure of training an old Ozzie mate! Avalon, the beast of Adelaide. She’s over for a holiday / wedding and dropped in to get that killer workout before she flies back across the globe tonight.

We kicked things off with a tidy Southend Pier run (2+ Miles) with a resistance band work out at the end of the pier. Next stop was circuit town on the beach of Thorpe Bay. Av has cross fit experience and is about to become the new face of #f45 - she put 110% into the 6 station circuit and had the local residents praising her as they passed by. Top work 🤘🏼#letsavit
