Meet Ava, one of our concierge here at Raeya.

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Ava is passionate about wellness and nutrition and is pursuing her goal of becoming a Registered Dietitian. A lifelong athlete and former collegiate tennis player at Chapman University, she blends her background in Business Marketing and Nutrition with hands-on experience from the UFC Performance Institute. At Raeya, Ava channels her enthusiasm into helping women feel empowered and aligned on their personal wellness journeys.

I want to be gentle & subtle. But mostly I’m not. Mostly I’m brash & abrasive. I love all types of art but the only kind I’ve ever been good at making myself involves fist fighting. When I write music it only ever comes out one way. When you’re a hammer everything looks like a nail. Is it more meaningful to push back against your programming and try to smooth out all your jagged edges, or to practice complete acceptance over your sharpest spots and use them to your advantage. At this point in my life I’m operating somewhere between both. I think it’s the best place for me.
