A little golden blonde moment ✨

For this look, I used Danger Jones Cream Lightener with Bonding Complex to lift her natural regrowth while helping support the integrity of the hair throughout the lightening process.

For the gloss, I wanted a bright, golden blonde with just a tiny hint of peach without taking her too dark or losing that brightness.

Formula:
40g Danger Jones Gloss Tones 10.03
3g Danger Jones Gloss Tones 7.4

The 10.03 gives that beautiful golden finish, while the little bit of 7.4 adds the softest peachy warmth. I love how the .4 helps the blonde shine and pop without overpowering the gold. The perfect amount of warmth while still keeping everything bright and fresh. ✨

The hardest part? I could probably write a book. 😂

But these women? Never.

Somewhere along the way, we created something at REVIVE that I don’t take for granted. A group of women who genuinely want to see each other succeed. Who celebrate each other’s wins, jump in when someone needs help, cover clients when life happens, answer the group text, share what they know, and somehow manage to make even the chaotic days fun.

There’s no competition for the spotlight. No keeping score. No “that’s not my job.” Just a whole lot of “I’ve got you.”

And I think that says so much about them.

Owning a business and being responsible for a team of 10 comes with plenty of hard things. But leading this group of women is not one of them.

They make REVIVE better. They make me better. And watching them love, respect and root for one another is one of the things I’m most proud of.

I hesitated to share this because I never want something like this to feel like a pat on the back for me. But when I read this message, what I felt more than anything was proud of THEM. 🥹💗

There are 10 women who make up REVIVE, and somehow we’ve created something that feels incredibly special.

These women genuinely love what they do. They respect each other. They celebrate each other’s wins. They share knowledge, help each other, hype each other up and want to see the woman in the room next to them succeed just as much as they want it for themselves.

And that is rare.

I’ve worked in this industry for years, and the environment we have at REVIVE is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There isn’t competition for the spotlight. There’s room for everyone to be talented, successful and completely themselves.

Of all the things I’ve built at REVIVE, this is what I’m most proud of.

Not the treatments. Not the space. Not the numbers.

The culture. The women. The way it feels to be here.

I may have had a hand in creating the space for it, but they are the ones who make it what it is every single day.

I am genuinely so impressed by each one of them, and so damn thankful that these are the women who represent REVIVE. 🖤
