Today’s mission: securing our fitness equipment! 🔥

Dumbbells? ✔️
Resistance bands? ✔️
Yoga mats? ✔️

We have everything you need to challenge yourself, build strength, and see your progress over time💪🏼

So why do weights matter?

Weights and resistance bands are a HUGE part of our Blaze workouts because getting stronger is for everyone!

Adding resistance helps you build strength, feel more powerful in your body, and stay healthy as you move through life.

You don’t have to lift the heaviest weights in the room. It’s about challenging YOURSELF, building confidence, and getting a little stronger every workout🔥

Before our Patriot athletes step onto the field for the first time of the year - either on a new team or at a new school, our alumni are passing along the advice they wish they had heard at the beginning of their own college careers!

Trust your preparation. Control what you can control. Play with confidence. And remember that you earned the opportunity to be there!

Patriot athletes in high school, college, and everyone starting a new season we’ll be cheering for you!❤️🏑💙
