Measure for Measure at Folger Theatre is for the black women who have never felt like they could see themselves in the women Shakespeare wrote (and everyone else, of course!). Renea Brown isn’t just a black woman cast in a role, she brings black woman to the role. This cast did so much character work, I’m obsessed!! I’m telling you, you don’t want to miss this show! Head over to the link in my bio for tickets! What’s your tavorite Shakespeare play? Let me know down in the comments 👇👇👇 #theatre #shakespeare #play #blackwomen
