A lot going on at the moment, opportunities are arising , things are moving quick. But I still need to feel, and this is my moment of feeling so that I can keep moving 😤 Noah Forever ❤️

There has been so many more people that have played a role, and they know who they are.

Coaching @avaasstephens over the past 12 weeks has been incredibly rewarding. Not only has she become stronger physically, but she’s also built a healthier, more resilient body from the inside out.

Together, we focused on supporting her nervous system and creating a foundation that allowed her body to regulate, recover and adapt. As her internal environment improved, so did her strength, energy and overall wellbeing.

Over the course of her coaching, Ava experienced:
✨ More stable energy throughout the day
✨ Improved nervous system regulation
✨ Better hormonal balance
✨ Greater physical strength
✨ Increased confidence, resilience and mental clarity

When the body no longer feels like it’s constantly in survival mode, it has the capacity to heal, perform and build resilience.

This is why our coaching extends far beyond exercise. It’s about understanding how your body functions as a whole and creating the conditions for long-term health and performance.

I’m incredibly proud of everything Ava has achieved over these last 12 weeks. Her commitment to the process has been inspiring, and I’m so excited to see where this foundation takes her next. 🤍

Thank you for trusting me with your journey, Ava.
