My 13th sorority recruitment is in the books! 💪🏻

✨ 1,227 PNMs registered
🏡 818 found their home
🎯 Quota: 56
💚 13 of 14 chapters met quota
📈 Total: 219

Recruitment is never easy, never perfect, and never without its challenges. But there is nothing quite like watching thousands of little moments come together to create something bigger than all of us.

So proud of my team and @msupanhel who made this experience possible. The late nights, the hard work, the problem-solving, the hugs, and the belief that every PNM deserves to find her place… that’s what it’s all about.

We always #DoItForThePNMs 💚 #PNMsToday #PNMsTomorrow #PNMsForever

Being the Vice President of Recruitment Guides at Michigan State will forever hold such a special place in my heart. I never could have known just how much this position would come to mean to me. The girls I’ve met, the friendships I’ve made, and the memories created together have made this experience so incredibly special. I’m beyond grateful for every moment, every laugh, every challenge, and every person who made these last ten months unforgettable.

VPRG out💚🤍

MEET AVA BUSCEMI 🫧
Our Vice President of Recruitment Logistics.

📍Elmhurst, Illinois
🎓Psychology

As Ava would say - “recruitment is her baby”. There is not a more perfect person for this role! Ava found her place in her chapter, spent time as a Recruitment Guide, and is now committed to giving PNMs the best possible experience in MSU Panhellenic. She oversees all of the planning, preparing, and behind-the-scenes effort that goes into a successful recruitment. Her favorite thing about our Panhellenic Council is how supportive everyone is, and how many connections you can make across all 14 chapters She cannot wait to meet you all!

When you see Ava, give her a BIG HI! 🩷🚌
