Henry left for the Mayo Clinic yesterday and will likely be there for over a year awaiting a heart transplant. If you have come to our concerts in the yard, you have probably seen him swaying back and forth to the music.

And if you’ve heard me play the song Sammy Two Doors Down, that was written about Henry’s Dad, Sam. This is a really difficult situation for a really special family and I just can’t stop thinking about it. So I ended up writing a song for Henry, that I hoped could be a friend to him in tough times ahead.

More on that to come, but this is simply my first ask, in a series of many, that we rally around the Dolans.
