The most successful vacation rentals aren’t built by checking off a to-do list. They’re built by making intentional decisions that create exceptional guest experiences.

Every design choice, every amenity, every operational system should lead to one thing: better results.

Because in the STR world...

✨ Guest experience drives revenue.
✨ Thoughtful design increases bookings.
✨ Great management creates freedom.
✨ And the best investments are built with a long-term strategy.

At Wambold Properties, we don’t just make spaces look beautiful, we create vacation rentals that guests remember and investors are proud to own (💰📈).

If you’re ready to turn your property into a high-performing asset, let’s build something worth booking.

📩 Send us a message to get started.

Soft, blendy blonde✨

No tone. No tap. Just blonde.

Power of lighting is really shown in these too! The first couple are overexposed, so they are dulled down a bit, and the last photo is from my studio, which pulls warmer! Either way- GORG

Sit back and relax as you gaze at the mountains from this one of a kind couch! Sauté dinner for your family and friends with a glass of wine as the red rock views grab your attention!

A little chilly outside? Light the gas fireplace and cozy up to the bar lit by the skylight above!

What no one tells you about being a creative…

Creativity isn’t linear. Some days flow effortlessly, others feel heavy and uncertain. But the highs, lows, pauses, and breakthroughs are all part of becoming the artist you’re meant to be.

Maybe that’s the beauty of it all learning to create through every version of yourself. ✨

There is only one life to live so create the art, take the photo, chase the idea, and feel & observe everything deeply 🖼️

About six months ago, a property owner in Giddings, Texas mentioned to us she had a problem... she wanted a more hands-off experience, she needed help.

She was managing everything herself, even cleaning the property personally, and wanted support that would allow her investment to run more smoothly without the day-to-day pressure.

We said yes!

Since partnering with our team for property management, she’s seen increased bookings, more consistency, and a system she can truly rely on.

Most importantly, she’s able to step back while knowing her property is being cared for and operated with intention.

Hearing that she’s happy, trusts our team, and loves how we operate is exactly why we do what we do.

If you’re ready for a more hands-off approach to managing your property, we’d love to connect.

Just a little sneak peek of Vortex Views.

Moody nights, desert skies, and the kind of views that make you stop mid-sentence.

Firelight flickering as the sun sets behind the red rocks.
Spaces designed for late nights, slow mornings, and soaking in everything Sedona has to offer.

Some places you visit.
Some places you feel.

Vortex Views is one of those places.

Launching soon.
