Quick trip to NWA to see Ava and Hector! Had a yummy dinner, hung a picture and enjoyed a great brunch this morning! Oh and a trip to cold stone creamery 😋 I miss my Ava Bear but it’s good to know everything is well❤️

One month of workouts, laughs, and memories with my girl before college calls her back. ❤️ So incredibly thankful for every sweaty session and for the amazing community @tygbentonville that makes this place feel like home. Until we see you again, kiddo… we’ll be cheering you on every step of the way. #soccer #gymfam #theyardgymbentonville

Strong women make each other stronger. 💪

There’s something special about training alongside women who push you, encourage you, celebrate your wins, and remind you you’re capable of more than you think.
