What a September that was!

The biggest METRIX event to date, two weddings with our beautiful friends and a new baby boy incoming. 🩵

SUNDAY ROUND-UP

Hella endorphins flowing, coupla big life events, a squat PB in my disco shoes, and a few tragedies to keep things regulated.

Plans for Pilates this weekend? 🩵

If you’re heading to class, don’t forget to show your skin a little love after you’ve worked up a sweat.

Our morning at JETSET Pilates Shoreditch was everything we love about the Myokine community: good movement, good people, and a reminder that looking after your skin can be just as much a part of your wellness routine as your workout.

A quick reset after class helps cool things down, reduce redness and leave your skin feeling refreshed before you get on with the rest of your day.

Here’s to moving your body, feeling your best, and making post-workout skin recovery part of the routine.

Who are you taking to Pilates this weekend? 🩵
