As I was scrolling through thousands of photos and videos from the last year, it felt impossible to put together one recap that captured everything we did, saw, and the moments and memories we shared. There was just too much life in one year, for which I’m extremely blessed.

So instead I’ll say this…

2025 has been a year of growth, learning and perspective. I’m so grateful for all the experiences it brought me both the beautiful moments and the challenging ones. This journey I’m on has reminded me how important health truly is and how everything else means so much more when you’re feeling well.

I’m deeply grateful for my friends, family, clients, colleagues and everyone who supported me along the way. Every conversation every connection and every experience mattered more than you know.

As I step into 2026 I’m choosing intention, presence and focusing on what truly matters most. Looking forward with gratitude and a full heart ❤️🙏🏽

Early mornings and late nights.
Finding gyms and a lot of times training outside just to get shots up wherever we could. ⚒️🏀

Most of this started in 2022–23 and many have taken different paths to reach the next level. Grateful to have played a small part in these journeys and proud of the work these players put in. 🙏

Nothing better than celebrating New Year’s with family and friends. Still can’t believe the kids actually want to hang out with us — but we’ll take it! Missing a few people this year, but thankful for FaceTime to keep us close. Here’s to hitting our goals, making memories, and living a life full of love and purpose ❤️

I have over 10,000 photos from 2024 and there was no way I was able to highlight the year I had. I don’t post too much about my personal life on social media but I swear I have a life outside of my job lol.

2024 was a year of growth, reflection, and purpose. I focused on taking care of my physical and mental health, letting go of what no longer serves me, and realigning with my values.

This year reminded me just how precious life is and how important it is to love deeply, spend time with those who truly matter, and never take a single moment for granted. And with that said, I want to take a moment to honour my sister. Sonia, I love you deep and can’t believe what you went through and I THANK GOD you are here and I just couldn’t fathom it to be any other way. We have lots to do…..

Also, to my beloved @avanikaila — I don’t even have the words to express how proud I am of you. You’ve grown into an incredible young woman, constantly surpassing your goals. I know you will achieve amazing things for yourself and your community. Keep shining and keep it up ❤️

I’m so proud of the strides I’ve made in my career and deeply grateful to my incredible team and colleagues who inspire and support me every step of the way. I’ve learned the importance of nurturing meaningful friendships and letting go of those that don’t bring value or positivity.

Avani, as you step into this new chapter of your life, remember that the world is yours to explore and conquer. Hold on to your dreams, stay true to yourself. You have the power to achieve anything you set your mind to, and I will always be here, cheering you on every step of the way.

I also wanted to say how grateful I am to have the best people in our corner, by our side, through everything. Life, death, grief, growth, it’s all hard….I was hard. I am incredibly blessed and am thankful to have had an army helping me raise “our” beautiful Avani. Throughout her entire life, she has been surrounded by so much love and support and so many of you had an impact on her at different stages in her life.
