In our world, a coach is someone who: 1. Works on becoming their best selves. 2. Helps others do the same. 3. Repeats. Happy National Coaches Day!

Find you a “million dollar squad.” Thanks to some of my business sisters posting about book club for a book, I jumped on it and ordered “We Should All Be Millionaires” by @rachrodgersesq The author - who is definitely a fellow NYC homegirl in my head right now - talks about finding a squad that will be down with you, share resources with you, check in on you AND check you (hello) - so that we all can level up. For all them (pictured and not), I’m grateful. Do you have a squad to help you level up your health, your wealth, and your relationships? If not, the great news is - we are looking for more women who want to level up! It’s next level season. So let’s grow together!

Last year was HARD!! God doesn’t intend for us to do life alone! And, I thank God that He gave me some things and some people that I could hold onto to keep me going! I am a people person. I love to travel. I love my freedom. I love trying new things. And in lots of ways, it felt like so much of that was taken away. 😩The one thing I had to hold onto was this - my community 🌎, my friends 👯‍♀️, and my business partners 👩🏽‍💻! And guess what, we all met through connections on social media 📲! Everyday I looked forward to seeing these faces on our weekly calls, our daily workouts, our crazy chats. I had no idea that one decision to say 𝕐𝔼𝕊 to me to get healthy would lead me to this - and bring me so much joy and purpose - especially when times got hard. But, I’m so thankful that I said 𝕪𝕖𝕤 to me! Because my 𝕪𝕖𝕤 has led to their 𝕪𝕖𝕤 to them! And, now it’s time for you to say 𝕐𝔼𝕊 to 𝕐𝕆𝕌! We are here for you.

Day 1 of Summit is a wrap! We kicked things off with some major announcements and a few stories! We hit the pool, ate dinner, and had the “after party”! Someone asked me what has kept me going these last 10 years. (Swipe left for a few past years). And, I had to think about it. Working for yourself can be hard. But when you find purpose in your life, the journey is worth it! It’s truly been the people. And, the assignment. Of course there are days when it gets hard. But I think about my girl who is a completely different person than when we met her in 2014. When we move in our purpose, lives are changed. If I didn’t say yes, maybe her life wouldn’t be changed either. And now she has the opportunity to do that for others. We have the ability to create a ripple effect in the lives of people we don’t even know. That’s impact. That’s legacy. So when it gets hard, I remember that. It’s hard work but it’s also heart work. This business came into my life exactly when I needed it. Maybe now is your time too! Follow my stories for more behind the scenes of our time together and to learn more about how you can join us!

Can we take a minute to congratulate two of my coaches for hitting their first milestone in their part-time health and wellness businesses! Both of these women have jobs but also got their first promotion in their side business!! I will wait for my girl Jackie to tell her story but she has such a special place in our hearts!! She is going to impact so many lives through her own journey of strength, self-love, healing and self-acceptance! Follow her @organically_me2021 And, Ava is quiet but she is fierce! An avid biker, mom, sister, auntie and woman of a certain age also shows us that fitness is always possible! Congratulations ladies!!!
