A kind Google review might seem like a small thing, but we don’t think it is. 💙

Especially when it comes from someone who has been using Cobot for 7 years and runs not one, but two coworking spaces.

Mike from AvantSpace shared what he appreciates about Cobot, from the new ways we’re making things easier for admins and members to the support he gets from our team.

That’s exactly what we want to keep working toward: giving members more freedom in their day-to-day, giving operators more time to focus on their #communities, and making sure there are real people on our end when you need a hand.

The Cobot app is a big part of that. 📱 Members can book meeting rooms directly from their phones, without having to log into the Member Portal first.

It’s free for Cobot spaces and their members.

👉 Give your members a little more freedom in their day with the Cobot app.

Thanks for the kind words, Mike. We’re very happy to have you with us. 🫶

After sharing the renderings, we’re excited to show the completed second @avant.space location in Downtown San Rafael, finished in 2023.

This workspace was designed to be flexible and easy to use, with open work areas, private offices, conference rooms, and smaller spaces for focused calls. The layout supports teams that need room to grow or shift over time, without feeling locked into one setup.

We worked closely with architect Rex McLean and designer @kellysbartley to bring the vision together on site. A well-built space that gives members the room and infrastructure to do their best work.

A look at the second @avant.space location in Downtown San Rafael, completed in 2023. We renovated the full interior with new offices, lighting, finishes, and acoustic improvements, along with upgraded mechanical systems and MEP pathways.

The design team provided a clear vision through their renderings, and we brought it to life on site. Built in collaboration with architect Rex McLean and designer @kellysbartley.

At High Camp, our favorite tradition is simple: share good drinks with great people. When our founders, Nic and Whit, hosted happy hour at their workspace @avant.space, they made sure something cheers-worthy was flowing all night.

Batched cocktails in the new Highball Shaker = less time mixing, more time sharing the moment.

Here’s to community, connection, and pours that bring people together!

A beautiful week in SF

Allie attended Alonzo King’s LINES Ballet Junior Summer Program this week. She connected with dancers she met last summer at Joffrey Ballets summer program. She even got to meet and take a class with Alonzo King today. Her program ended the week by performing a piece of Alonzo Kings original choreography. It was beautiful to watch. 🩰

Each morning we took the ferry in and I had the privilege of working remotely at a super cool modern communal work space in the Marina District.

Each evening we explored the city and seized the sweetness of summer. ☀️🌻

Feeling grateful 💛
