Senior Spotlight w/ @kirs10spilde ☀️💫

“My favorite memory in Chi Omega is sleeping in Emma’s room, rather than my own, almost every night that I lived in the house! If I could give any advice to give to current members I would say to try and enjoy every moment, even though sorority life can feel overwhelming at times. Everyone always says this, but it’s because it’s true, it really does go by quickly. One day you’ll realize the struggle of managing school, sorority life, etc was all worth it!”

Congratulations Kirsten! Chi O loves you ❤️💛

Senior spotlight w/ @avaogara

“My favorite memory with Chi Omega was getting to watch some of my Recruitment Counselor Group run home to the same chapter as me 2 years ago! Getting to watch these women thrive and grow, while making life long memories here has brought me so much happiness and will forever bring tears to my eyes! #Group2forLife. If there’s any advice I could give, it’s that you get what you put in! You will make the best memory’s and find your best friends if you put your all into Chi O! Go to all the events you can, apply for all the positions you can, and never say no to hanging out with a sister. Give your heart to Chi O and she’ll give her’s to you!!!”

Some of her other positions include COB Chair, Panhellenic delegate, a recruitment counselor and the Vice President of Recruitment Experience on Panhellenic!

After graduation, Ava plans to finish up school and get a job in the Psych field!

Congratulations Ava! We love you! ❤️

#SENIORSPOTLIGHT w/ @lilylefferd

“Becoming a Chi Omega has given me so much more than sisterhood, it has helped me grow into a better version of myself through leadership, friendship, and meaningful connection. I am endlessly grateful for the opportunities this chapter has provided, and I know I will always have sisters who support me. That constant love and loyalty is one of the most special parts of being a Chi Omega.“

From Lily’s time on the Chi Omega Executive Board to serving two terms on @umkcpanhellenic Executive Board, her dedication and leadership skills have shined a bright light on the UMKC Greek community. Her bright and loving presence will be greatly missed. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for her!❤️💛
