✨ Meet Exec Monday ✨

This week, we’re introducing our Vice President of Community Relations, Ava Shea! 🩵🪽

Keep reading to hear why this position means so much to Ava:

“Being Vice President of Community Relations has been one of the most rewarding experiences I’ve had in college. This position is so special to me because it has allowed me to make a real impact on both our chapter and the DeLand community. I love being able to create opportunities for our sisters to give back, especially through promoting literacy and building relationships with local schools and organizations. Seeing our members get excited about volunteering and knowing we’re making a difference, no matter how big or small, is incredibly meaningful to me.

This role has also helped me grow so much as a leader. I’ve learned how to communicate with community partners, organize events, and bring ideas to life that benefit others. More than anything, this position has shown me that leadership is about serving others, and being able to represent Pi Beta Phi in that way is something I’ll always be proud of. It’s a role that has challenged me, inspired me, and reminded me why I joined this sisterhood in the first place.” 🩵

Going Greek opens the door to opportunities and experiences you never imagined, from leadership roles and lifelong friendships to making a difference in your community. We can’t wait to meet the next group of women ready to find their home. Recruitment registration is open now! 🪽✨
