suicide prevention month. The month that needs more attention because it should be every month. So many people daily struggle in silence because they think they are too weak and or they think that they are not worth it. You are worth it, you are worth getting the help you need to succeed. You are important and this world needs you and everything you have to offer. Be kind to everyone you meet and be intentional with how you treat people because you never truly know what people are going through. Talk to people, express how you feel. Be someone that can listen without judging someone for what they have gone through. Everyone needs somebody. You deserve to be here. You deserve to see another sunrise and you are worth all the great things this world has to offer. Stand up for what is right. Hug your people tighter because you never truly understand what someone is going through. Say I love you often and use it intentionally. Be the person you wish you had for someone else. You matter and the world is a better place because you exist!!! 💕💕💕
