For me, acting is a lot like therapy. I’d go further to say that it works like that for almost every actor!

As actors we should always be searching inward and discovering ourselves because that’s the way to bring the most authentic and grounded performance to life through your character.

This journey isn’t always easy, but what you learn by going on it makes up for all of the hard times. You learn so much about yourself, others, and to trust yourself more than ever.

So to whoever read this far, keep going. Embrace your journey and remember to reflect on your experiences along the way. 🫶🏻🌞
