I just wanted to thank my coaches and my teammates for an impeccable season. Although I didn’t get to wrestle at many matches or tournaments, I’m grateful for the ones that I did get to wrestle at. Thank you to my teammates for having my back. I love you guys like family 💕. Thank you to my coaches for always understanding and pushing me to my fullest potential. This season has put me into the best shape I have ever been in, and the benefits have shown. This sport has taught me discipline and to keep pushing no matter how tired you are. Good luck @natalia.rusinn and @averie_harmon1 in AC next weekend!! Love you all and I can’t wait till next season!! 💕🫶

Girls! Ever think about trying something new?

This is that opportunity!

The Middletown HS South Wrestling Program is looking to grow its girls' team for the 2025-2026 season!

Over the last 2 years, we have doubled the size of our girls' program and look to continue this growth into next year!

We have Open Mats on Monday and Thursday Nights from 7:00-8:30pm at Middletown HS South!

The girls compete in girls' only competitions and tournaments during the season and have seen much success, including placing at the state level, wrestling at the collegiate level, and just having a lot of fun!

Also, many have seen a lot of benefits when competing in their other yearly sports!

We encourage all interested 8th thru 11th grade girls to give it a try if interested - NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED

If you have any questions, please reach out to Coach Rosner - Rosnerm@middletownk12.org

And that’s a wrap🥲
Thank you Midd South Wrestling for the past 4 years. I’m very grateful for all the support I’ve gotten throughout my high school career. From not qualifying for the state tournament my freshman year, to being a 3x state placer and making the state finals twice, I am proud of everything I have accomplished so far, whether the medal is gold or not.
Going into last weekend my only goal was to have fun and let it fly, this year I came up short, but when I was down, I had amazing people by my side to bring me back up. I will forever be grateful and thankful for this family. 💙🤍
