Our director participated in an Immersion Program from the Master's in Global Management — Antwerp Management School - Unisinos Brazil: Transcultural Management for Social Impact. The immersion included a course focused on Transcultural Management for Social Impact.
In addition to learning about how our NGO operates, the students from Belgium became curious and interested in seeing everything in practice. They brought donations of food and school supplies, which are extremely important for the execution of our projects.
It was an incredible evening filled with exchanges and meaningful connections!
They also had the opportunity to experience our traditional southern Brazilian flavors, including the famous beans prepared by Tia @silvanaminharro.
Afterward, there was a presentation where they shared ideas to support the development of CAD.
We hope this was an amazing experience for them, just as their visit was for our students!

Every now and then I try to capture you during your grad session simply existing. It’s a fleeting moment of belly laughs and big grins with your closest friends. It’s your toes feeling numb because you just jumped in the fountain. It’s the pop of champagne (and the spill of it). It’s the want of just a few more hugs. It’s a shout of celebration and a whisper of I’m not ready to leave you guys. It’s rarely perfect. It’s all there in every little moment throughout your session. I feel it, so I try to capture it.
