Iowa has brought me more than I could have ever imagined. August ‘22 I moved into Slater (west side best side) and found Avery across the hall. Little did I know that she would be one of my best friends by my side by the time I graduated. I rushed sororities with Lauren freshman year, and even though we weren’t actual sorority sisters, she is family all the same. I met Cheyanne through our sorority, we decided to live in the house together (casually), shoutout the KLURB! Flash forward to senior year, we now share an apartment together aka the dungeon. Maggie and Nicole have become some of my closest friends this past year, I am so lucky to have met you both. Shoutout cooking game! Morgan, my day one since birth, I have been blessed to share moments, weekends, and countless nights out over these last four years of college together, even if we were on different campuses for most of it. I thank God everyday for putting me in each of your orbits. I am so lucky, so thankful, for getting to call each of you friend.

To my ABC’s, I have loved every minute of our friendship and will cherish the time we had together in college. You guys have been my rock through hard classes, stressful moments, amazing nights out, and all of the small moments in between. Thank you for the late night study sessions, coffee shop stints, 5k’s, Brothers Thursdays, and everything else! I couldn’t have done this without you.

High school senior me didn’t know if I was making the right decision choosing Iowa. But college senior me knows without a doubt that I did. Go Hawks! 🖤💛
