2025, I can not thank God enough for the 180 he pulled on my life. I don’t even know where to begin. In the first week of the year I had so much sadness clouding my life until He reached out and pulled me away from it on January 25th when I met the only boy who has ever shown me the love I deserve, Luke Poer. From there on out it was only up, that boy led me to the best friends I have ever been able to call my own. Lexi Enriquez, Blakely Ashbaugh, and Avery Emens have become my sisters and home away from home, they are there for me in more ways than I can count and I’m so immensely grateful to have them in my life. Jansen Ashbaugh and Luke Hayes have become two of my closest friends and are the most loyal and trustworthy people I know. From all of them I have been able to meet my other KA girlfriends who treat me with nothing but kindness and support. And finally Luke, I can never describe the love that I feel with this boy, with him I feel seen, supported, and motivated to be my best self. He is the most determined, caring, and thoughtful person I know and I’m so thankful to the Lord for bringing him to me. Lastly, I want to thank my family for being there through the storm I faced waiting for OU to bring me my people I had been praying for. My mom, my idol, Kelly, has gone through tornados (sorry for that labor story momma I love you), past friendships, and the best phase of my life and has never not been right behind me through it all. My brother Gavin and sister Harper have become my best friends and not being right across the hall from them has been one of the hardest things in my life. My dad, JR, is my standard for all those that come into my life. The most hardworking, loving, and outgoing human on this planet has raised me to be open to adventures, new people, and always down for the best time and I’m so grateful. I thank God everyday for how my life has turned out after this year. Thank you to all the people I get to write this incredibly long and sappy post about. I love you all so deeply and can’t wait for all the years and memories to come! HAPPY 2026!!!!
