The best actors never stop being students of their craft. 🎬

For Toronto Film School grad Avery, stepping onto the set of Sterling Point became an opportunity to do exactly that — watch, listen, learn and take in everything happening around her.

She found inspiration in the way the cast approached their work, particularly lead Ella Rubin, whose performance has even influenced how Avery prepares for auditions today.

And meeting writer-director Megan Park? A pretty surreal moment.

Read more about Avery's time on Primes new original series. Link in bio.

✨️Witness Wednesday✨️

Every Wednesday, I’m handing the mic to an actor for 10 quick questions designed to let you meet the person behind the vertical.

This week we're getting to know @avery.lph!

Welcome to Witness Wednesday. 👩🏻‍⚖️

Happy Wednesday! This week's theme of the week is "A Whole New World". Whether they came through a portal, a painting, pages in a book, a magic mirror or a video game, across universes or across time, all of these stories have someone displaced into an entirely new world.

All of these are great stories, but my top picks of the genre are:

Bound to the Fae King with @nicolemattox_ , @jenningsbrower , @cartermoczan , @ohitschristinaa_ , @thresa_richardson , and @richard.rivera50 (if you missed yesterday's post - this was also featured in the 5 star club!)

Snow White in the City starring @_nicolemartin_ , @avery.lph , @kylanjmackenzie , @mattdixonofficial , and @shawnabram_

My Book Boyfriend Came to Life starring @caymancardiff , @bella.mraz , @erik_ruof @iamshannonfoster

Tell which are your favorites, and is there something new you're going to add to your watch list now.

Shout out to the fab pages:

Wrapped an epic chapter on the set of @whokilleddarcydozen

Worked alongside some of the most coolest, talented folks both in front of camera and behind the scenes. Reunited with familiar faces and met some new legends which made every moment of this production pure fire.

I am grateful for all the kind and genuine words that everyone told me while on set and will forever cherish them. This role was a wild and fun ride from the first frame shot to the last, packed with raw emotion and grit.

Big thank you to Andy Lewis and Jonathan Markou for taking a chance and trusting me with such a role.

Wonderful photos by Lorna Jones
