2nd half of summer is officially done and school is back in session! The crew did their thang these past 3 months. Bigger Faster Stronger! Most of them balanced multiple sports, camps, vacations, workouts in the blistering heat, you name it. I think the coolest part about this summer compared to the previous is knowing that even when some athletes (new and old) couldn’t make it to me as frequently as they’d like, they were consistently working whenever they could and keeping me up to date. Thats all I can ask for honestly.

I don’t hope for a result, I need it. Seeing yall grow and become better than before makes my job that much more exciting and I don’t want to lose that spark so I’ll continue to try my best to guide you as you pursue your fitness goals. Can’t thank you enough and I’m excited to see what each of you will become when it’s all said and done. Don’t stop working!
