That’s a wrap on day number 7! ❤️

Closing up our little stand tonight feeling extra grateful for every familiar face, every new customer & every Hagar’s Hoagie handed through this window!

Seven days down, 4 more to soak it all in. 🥹

Goodnight, Iowa. We’ll see you bright & early. ☀️🫶🏼

Built different before the spotlight 🔦

From early mornings to late nights… these athletes trusted the process before the stats, offers, and game days.

Proud to work with athletes competing at the collegiate level and even more proud of the work they put in when nobody’s watching.

Speed. Strength. Confidence. Development.
This is what consistency looks like.

💥TRAINER TIP TUESDAY:Utilizing the MORR method with athletes!💥
Here is Avery Veeder, recent Western Michigan commit using the MORR method (popularized by Chip Smith) to improve speed, power and agility to prep for her upcoming softball season!

I typically like to select movements and drills specific to their sport and position; so here is Avery applying some drills for softball and pitching!
