Confidence is freedom.
Make no mistake about it- resolute confidence in who you were created to be is absolute freedom.🌊💯

Building confidence in girls + women is different than raising boys. I can recognize that.

The “allowable” societal rules for womanhood are so confusing and hypocritical.

I have nieces, have spent time coaching many young ladies over the years and I believe these are the foundation or at least a good start.

Also, the best way of teaching is to live it and be the example. I’ve not done it perfectly but I’ve always felt it is better to be respected than liked. Parents- our kids are watching and learning more by our example, than by us “telling them.”

Which ones are you teaching in your own family or what are you going to start working on today!? The time is now to start building confidence—-let’s go ladies!
