Crazy excited—IT’S OFFICIAL!
Inside Flow Junior Teacher, right here in sunny Florida ☀️

These photos & clips are from the moment I was surprised with the nomination during the @insideflowusa teacher training—right in the middle of the concert by the incredible @dancinbecka

I was surrounded by Senior & Pro Teachers, the founder @insideyogaofficial and an inspiring community of Inside Flow teachers. Truly unforgettable.

After months of teaching, refining, and preparing my submission tapes, I’m beyond grateful for the support that carried me here.
Thank you to Rebecca—my mentor and dear friend—my Flow Crew (go team @studio311yoga), my Inside Flow supporters and friends, and @hiekimyoga for continued Pro-level mentorship and guidance.

I’m so honored to represent Inside Flow and to continue teaching and sharing this beautiful, powerful style of movement with all of you.

✨ 2026 is all about movement and growth.
If that resonates, I hope we get to flow together soon.

What’s next:
• Weekly Inside Flow classes
• Monthly Master Classes—at the studio & beyond
• DeLand Yoga Fest @delandyogafest
✈️ Budapest (Summit) & Germany (Elite Training) officially on the calendar

Let’s move. Let’s grow. Let’s flow. 💙
