Meet my new Brooklyn-based virtual wellness + mobility coach, @averysaffold.

I’ve put in real work this last year — building strength, reconnecting with my body, and committing to a healthier rhythm. But now it’s time to refine, focus, and elevate.

According to him, your core is the core — and apparently I can absolutely work up to this. 💪🏾

We’re centering alignment, stability, activation, intentional movement, mobility flow, functional strength, longevity, daily recovery, mindful breathwork, and restorative sleep.

Excited to deepen this wellness journey with more strength, mobility, discipline, rest, and accountability — guided by someone who actually knows what he’s talking about.

Now… do we think he’s giving his mama a discount, or nah? 🤣

🗣️ “Who’s your unofficial therapist?”
•
At CultureCon, I had the chance to connect with Avery, who reminded us that therapy and community aren’t either/or — they’re both/and.
•
Friends and family hold space for us in ways that feel familiar and grounding. But having a therapist means you also have a space that’s just for you — where you can unpack, reflect, and grow without having to carry anyone else’s weight.
•
Both matter. Both heal. 🧡
