Worrying is like a rocking chair, gives you something to do but won’t get ya anywhere.

📣 Welcome Coach Avery!! 📣

As our studio continues to grow, we’ve add a couple of new coaches to our team! Please help us give Avery a warm welcome to the F45 Greatwood Fit Fam!

💫 Getting to Know Avery! 💫

❤️ I grew up in Greatwood. Sugar Land born and raised!
❤️ I started playing volleyball in 7th grade and from there got recruited to play D1 volleyball at Pepperdine University, in Malibu, California. I spent two years at Pepperdine before transferring back home to continue playing D1 Volleyball at the University of Houston. I spent the last two years of my college career as a coog, and am now a recently retired volleyball player! Go Coogs!
❤️ I want to be able to support people and allow them to achieve their goals, by pushing you to be the best version of yourself, even when you didn’t think it was possible.
❤️ I tried out for Americas Got Talent in 6th grade, but there does not seem to be musical talent in my bones. It was a cool experience though!
❤️ I love finding new food spots, so if you have any recommendations let me know! Other than that, I love spending my free time with my family, friends, or boyfriend!
❤️ My sister is the one who introduced me to F45 in high-school, so since then my mom, sister, and I would come in! While I was away at college my sister and mom took over for me, so you may see those superstars around the studio!!
❤️ I am super excited to be a part of the F45 team and cannot wait to meet all of y’all!
