• 7-week online live journey | begins February 4th. A guided, embodied path into trust, boundaries, self-love & integration- while still living your life. With a few scholarship availabilities.

I’ve been blooming in the darkness. Pouring forgiveness into the pain of my past. Reclaiming my power from the underworld of my own cellular memory. Cleansing buried trauma from my body. Holding my inner child so close to my heart. Listening to her. Feeling her. Loving her. Fiercely embracing the intuitive power of my sensitivity. Crying and loving and laughing out loud. Softening my heart. Strengthening my spirit. Returning home.

Endless gratitude to these goddesses Manouk and Holi, whose generous hearts held She Rises in such radiant love. To my beautiful sis Laura, whose radiant gift of vision held every heartbeat of the retreat so fully and profoundly.
Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, to all the women who walked together through this fire and dance—this sacred dance of being seen and seeing, being held and holding, being heard and hearing—celebrating every heart along the way. 💛 Thank you for reminding me that healing can be raw, wild, and yet sweet and soft all at once. ✨

2024 RECAP: “SPACE INVADERS” — A monumental collaboration born during the Urban Art Festival in Amstetten, Austria (July 2024), with my friends @kiwiwallarts and @avha.aurae . Together, we created a cosmic outer-space setting where our styles and visions merged into something extraordinary. This artwork reflects not only artistic connection but also a celebration of growth, passion, friendship and the eternal unknown.

This mural, painted entirely with spray cans, challenged us to push technical and creative boundaries. Every detail represents the synergy of three artists working as one, while leaving room for viewers to interpret its deeper meaning. It’s a testament to the power of collaboration and the limitless possibilities of shared creativity.

For me, “Space Invaders” was more than just a project; it was a five-day meditation in the present moment. It strengthened friendships, sparked new connections, and celebrated the beauty of the creative process. This piece is a reminder of what can be achieved when passion and collaboration align.

I am forever grateful for this wonderful experience and every beautiful soul involved. Thank you @tinypinkstencilcap and @kunstinitiativeamstetten for the amazing opportunity. Shoutout to @_s_art_e_ for the pictures and good vibes!

Com a Primavera à espreita, a ALGA chegou com tudo ao jardim do Montechoro no sábado 4 de Março 🌸
Descalçámos os sapatos, equilibrámo-nos na slackline, partilhámos poemas e canções, vontades de agir e cooperar. Este espaço bonito permitiu uma vivência na natureza, permitindo a companhia de amigos de quatros patas e a prática de atividade física.
A cada encontro novos olhares se cruzam, ideias surgem e as próprias curvas da ALGA fluem de forma tão distinta, é tão bonito de se ver! Construímos juntes, com perspetivas diferentes que tecem um caminho de mudança, de conexão, de criação de algo novo. Obrigada pela vossa confiança e presença, por saberem que podemos mover montanhas se assim quisermos.
É com esta sensação que sentimos que faz sentido seguir em frente, sempre com espaço para melhorar e aprender 💃💜
Queremos ser o espaço que acolhe as VOSSAS ideias, soltem o imaginário e veremos o que surge!
Entretanto, continuaremos a navegar por aí ⛵🌊
