Full circle moments just hit different ✨

Getting to speak at the PEAK Institute at my alma mater, Holy Innocents’ Episcopal School, never stops feeling special. This was my third year talking with students about entrepreneurship 💡📈

Their ideas, their confidence, the way they already see possibilities… it’s wildly inspiring. I may be the one at the front of the room, but I always leave learning something too.

So grateful to be invited back and to be part of a place that helps students think big so early ✨

Behind the Build – RICE Renovation Tour Recap

This week, the Real Estate & Construction Sector got exclusive access to tour all 3 phases of @riceatlanta multi-million dollar renovation, led by our very own @channingbaker1852 of @evolve.contractors 👏🏾🙌🏾

What makes this project legendary?
✅ Black landowner
✅ Black-owned General Contractor
✅ Black-owned Architecture Team
✅ Black-owned Engineering Firm

This is one of the only commercial real estate projects in ATL with Black leadership across every layer of development—a powerful peek into the future of collaboration and ownership in our industry.

Huge congrats to @channingbaker1852 & @randallcdragon for leading this work with excellence. And major thanks to Channing for opening the doors and giving us a behind-the-scenes look at what’s being built.

This is what the sector is all about—access, insight, and building together. Let’s keep the momentum going!

Being “broke” isn’t failure; it’s often the price of betting on yourself. Entrepreneurs know the grind, the sacrifice, and the resilience it takes to create something bigger than yourself. We’re honor that journey. Betting on yourself means taking risks, learning from losses, and chasing bigger wins. At COLOR Co, we get it. We’ve been there, and we’re here to build with you. Let’s redefine what success looks like when we don’t shame people for their position, but instead provide community support for those working to get to the next level. What would the world look like then?
