Who is ready for another cheesy post? I swear I will stop after this one. Or maybe not.
I am beyond thankful for my semester in Mexico. I was able to get to know this amazing country with all it's beauty, culture, traditions and colours. Thank you to every Mexican friend I made, that showed me their country, taught me Spanish with a lot of good groserías! Thank you for sharing your amazing food and your good mezcal and your insane dancing skills. I never partied that much in my life before. No mames, wey! So I go home with a few more pounds, a destroyed liver and damaged lung. But it was absolutely worth it. I met the most wonderful people in Mexico. Mexicans are the most generous, helpful and welcoming human beings I have ever met! And I hope that I can take and keep these values in my home-country.
Thank you of course to Casa Frida, my favorite girls, for making my stay unforgettable and way too much fun!
I can't wait to be this annoying girl coming home from her intercambio and only talk about Mexico and turn on reggaeton.
I had no idea what these last 5 months would do to me and how hard it would be to say goodbye!
But it's not a goodbye, it's a see you soon!
