@onebeautifullife.events WELLNESS EVENT

It’s amazing how women can connect, inspire one another, and share so much love and beautiful energy when we come together. 🤍

At our October 9 wellness event, we enjoyed Pilates and a healthy breakfast, spent time in the wellness lounge presented by Aviva @aviva.np , and saw MIMI Collection @mimicollectionofficial present its new designs. I’m grateful to the wellness brands @puriumhp @oma.naturalfood who partnered with us and joined the event to introduce their products.

We even had a plank competition! Loraine @lorainelorika and Cristina @highonyoga both held their planks for 6 minutes, so we decided to have two winners. 👏

I’m so grateful for this community and for every woman who joined us. I love creating a space where we can connect, encourage one another, and believe in the beauty that comes from within. 💕

Our next event in Miami is on October 18th! ✨

Another magical ONE Beautiful Life @onebeautifullife.events Wellness Event. 🤍✨

This time, in collaboration with NR Activewear @nr.active , we brought women together for a morning of movement, gratitude, wellness, and meaningful connection.

We started with a Pilates session, followed by gratitude journaling and the most special surprise. A huge thank you to @kristianakhomich for sharing her incredible voice with us and making our gratitude practice truly unforgettable. 🎶🤍

We continued with herbal tea, homemade organic healthy sweets, and time to connect, support one another, and build new friendships.

This is what ONE Beautiful Life is about: creating a community where women inspire each other, take care of themselves, and leave feeling more energized, joyful, and connected. ✨

Our next Miami Wellness Event is September 25th. 🤍
DM me for details if you’d like to join us.

Turns out following Shibolim has benefits. 😂
We took to the streets with one very important question:
“Do you follow Shibolim?”
If the answer was yes… you got a prize. 🎁
If the answer was no… the prize went to someone else

Follow @Shibolimbakery.
Your future self will thank you. 😂

And to everyone who already follows us — we see you. We appreciate you. And we have amazing things for you in the future✨ thank you @polina_pa @aviva.np and everyone who participated in the video ❤️
