isolating tendencies, CALL YOUR FRIENDS MORE.
Hangout and go for a walk. A 17 min talk with them and you feel 10x better. 🥰

PS: I got asked twice this past week if I would consider doing some content in English again (how I started) and it confirmed my intuition that 2026 is looking bilingual 🥹 Half of the people I love I speak English so… it’s time to find a balance 🌀
