$The most perfect visitor 🦌💕 “Soul Retrieval” Journeys are a psychic energy healing approach that often traverse the “Middle World” – the realm considered the domain of nature + animal spirits. To have an animal guide manifest in the flesh during a Soul Retrieval journey offers a mirror between the dimensions. 🪞 From offering Soul Retrievals since 2018~ I’ve only experienced this twice before. A rare and profound moment. 🪶 EDUCATIONAL CONTEXT :: SOUL RETRIEVAL – Soul Retrieval is one of the oldest healing practices known to human culture. It is a practice that countless ancestral lineages across the world developed independently (each in their own language & ceremonial form) because they recognized the same truth: that profound loss and wounding can fracture the wholeness of a person, and that wholeness can be restored. 🤍 THE WORD “SHAMANIC” – The word “shaman” originates from the Tungusic Evenki language of Siberia. It described a specific kind of practitioner in that culture, someone who could walk between worlds on behalf of their community. Over centuries, the term has been more broadly applied to mystics, healers, and spirit-workers across many traditions worldwide. I use it here in that broader, respectful sense, not to claim equivalence with any specific lineage, but to honor the shared thread of this kind of work across human history. ✨ My own practice of Soul Retrieval is rooted in my Celtic Irish and Norse ancestry. I have studied Norse shamanism, known as seidr (which also historically included Soul Retrievals) as part of my formal training, and it is from this lineage that my approach to this particular work draws most directly. DRUMMING – Entering into a meditative “trance state” is a foundational aspect of journeying in this way. Various cultural approaches differ in how to do this, though majority of the methods include drumming, chanting, singing or other repetitive sounds. Send a message if curiosities are percolating for you. I’m so happy to dive into the beautiful elements of this potent work. XX$
