Throw back to my solo LA trip, exploring the back streets of West Hollywood with my new friend @avojohn 🙏🏼 There’s nothing more exhilarating than travelling alone, making friends as you go, creating your travel path each day. This trip I was lucky enough to meet up with the H&M LA showroom and shoot their new range, pieces that we don’t always see in NZ 🙏🏼 Looking forward you going back again soon I hope! X

Last night’s event was another success, brimming with knowledge exchange and community
•
In the first panel, we got passionate. Filmmaker Avo Kambourian (@avojohn shared how people today are more interested in building one-on-one relationships with creators instead of going through media outlets. And Complex Top 30 Photographer Armen Keleshian (@armenkeleshian) honed in on the impact of connecting with those around you, instead of focusing only on the most “sought after” people in the room
•
The second panel was all things TikTok with Matt Dugan (@mattduganofficial), talent manager for some of the platform’s top influencers. He shared how the definition of good content has evolved over the years and across platforms, starting with Vine and then Musical.ly. Then TikTok influencer Daniel Nelson broke down the platform’s algorithm and explained how he was able to start a trend that received more than 290 million views
•
We hope that each of you left invigorated—there's something about the conversations, the food, and the familiar faces that does that. See y’all next month!
