Chloe Makhani is a Los Angeles native with a lifelong passion for the art of hospitality. Growing up in the heart of the city, Chloe attended The Archer School for Girls before earning a bachelor’s degree in Business and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin. Her journey continued in New York City, where she pursued a master’s degree in Hospitality Business at NYU. While in New York, Chloe honed her craft on Starwood Hotels and Resorts’ Global Branding Team, gaining invaluable experience by managing internal aspects of hotel openings.

After returning to LA, Chloe channeled her expertise into opening a series of celebrated restaurants and hospitality venues across the city. Today, she plays a pivotal role at @avondaleequities , a family-run real estate firm that specializes in creating exceptional hospitality properties. Working alongside her brothers, Brandon and Tyler, Chloe oversees marketing, events, and the hospitality portfolio, shaping memorable experiences for guests and redefining the city’s hospitality landscape. Together, they are shaping the future of Los Angeles’ hospitality landscape with a commitment to excellence and community impact.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Chloe is dedicated to social impact. She sits on the board of @visionarywomen and founded @genv_visionarywomen , its youth-focused branch. Through these initiatives, Chloe empowers women and girls, driving change on critical issues, building communities, and investing in high-impact solutions both locally and globally. Through these efforts, she helps create platforms for advocacy, unites influential leaders, and champions meaningful causes.

At her core, Chloe is not only redefining hospitality but also building a legacy of innovation, community, and empowerment in the city she loves and calls home.
